Phoenix's safety philosophy is to ensure the protection of its people and physical assets from accidental loss.

Having maintained a Certificate of Recognition through the Alberta Government since 2001, Phoenix takes a proactive approach and strives to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which could cause personal injuries and illnesses or property damage.

Accidental loss can best be controlled through active employee involvement at all levels of the organization. Every manager, supervisor, employee, consultant, contractor and sub-contractor share the responsibility for loss prevention and can meet this responsibility by performing his or her job properly in accordance with the established procedures and company values.
